SUNY Buffalo State transcripts list courses completed and the grades that were recorded for those courses. Transcripts serve as the official record of courses and grades. Transcript information is updated approximately four (4) weeks after the end of each semester. Official transcripts are not issued directly to students but are forwarded, upon request, to authorities that the student designates. Student copies may be ordered for personal use.
Students are able to request an unofficial or official transcript to view your grades through the registrar. Students will log-in with their banner number and pin as their birthdate in MMDDYY format.
