The SUNY Buffalo State International Graduate Programs for Educators (IGPE) welcomes qualified applicants seeking intellectual enrichment and professional advancement through advanced study.
Through IGPE, international teachers and administrators at the host International/American schools complete coursework on-site to earn a master's degree from SUNY Buffalo State.
The Master of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Studies is designed for individuals with unique professional and educational objectives not readily met by traditional master’s degree programs. Participants are accepted into the SUNY Buffalo State Graduate School and complete 30 credit hours to earn a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies. Participants also have the option of earning graduate credit for professional development through regional education association conferences, institutes, and other special projects, as well as workshops coordinated through by IGPE. Students must be officially accepted into the program before registering for any courses.
Use the sub-links at left to navigate all aspects of your student experience - application process, course selection, registration, graduation, and beyond. Visit the Programs page for details about the master's degree and other offerings.
All IGPE students are assigned an academic advisor. For any questions regarding course planning and degree candidacy forms students are encouraged to reach out to Kera Franceschini via email: francekm@buffalostate.edu
